Workplace equipment supplier Slingsby has launched its 2014 edition of Work-It, which is a free publication that contains a wide range of legislative updates, interviews and informative articles as well as an extensive selection of the company’s best selling products and special offers.

This year’s 64 page ‘magalogue’, aptly named because it successfully combines the best features of a catalogue with a magazine, is available free of charge in a digital format. Highlights from the latest issue include interviews with Alex Botha, CEO of the British Safety Council, and BOTT, the leading producer of workplace storage solutions, as well as a number of case studies including Centre Parcs and the Southern Universities Purchasing Consortium.

In addition there are a wide range of informative guides on everything from accommodating employees that cycle to work and new legislation surrounding the storage of chemicals to energy efficiency and the Corporate Manslaughter Act.

Lee Wright, marketing director of Slingsby, which supplies more than 35,000 workplace products to businesses and organisations across all industries, said: “This is the fifth time we have produced Work-It and each time it gets bigger and is read by a wider audience than the previous issue. Combining topical articles and thought-provoking interviews with seasonal products and special offers is a formula that is well received by businesses and workplaces across all industries and this issue is no different. We are also delighted to secure high-profile interviews with Center Parcs, which has just invested £250m in a brand new state of the art holiday park at Woburn, and Alex Botha of the British Safety Council which continues to save lives and improve safety in workplaces throughout the UK and beyond.”
