The British Safety Council has announced the winners of its International Safety Awards, given to organisations in recognition of their proven commitment to workplace health and safety.
The winners span all sectors from across the United Kingdom, Middle East, India and Hong Kong. This long-established award has this year been won by 550 organisations. A total 125 gained a distinction, 348 attained a merit with 77 securing a pass.
Alex Botha, chief executive of the British Safety Council, said, “We send our warmest congratulations to all 550 winners. The awards will be presented to winners who attend a banquet at Grosvenor House 18th May.”
