Now in their 22nd year, the Lloyd’s Loading List awards saw over 500 freight forwarders, shippers and industry professionals in attendance. CML was recently awarded the silver accreditation from Investor In Customers (IIC) in recognition of its delivery of exceptional levels of customer service. The company’s award entry also detailed CML’s core values and how customers are offered access to its customs expertise, which may highlight challenges and opportunities with regards to HMRC compliance.
