An Apple Watch or an iPad Air 2 are the prizes up for grabs for the winner of a brand new competition that has been launched today. The competition is open to anyone aged 18 or over* and is being run by EEF, the manufacturers’ organisation, to mark the opening of its new Technology Hub in Aston, Birmingham in Autumn this year.
The Technology Hub will sit and run alongside EEF’s existing state-of-the-art technology training centre and will boost the number of manufacturing apprentice training opportunities to over 420 a year.
To celebrate the good news, EEF is running an online competition where entrants simply have to identify the part of a machine pictured in a photo. A series of four photos – one a week – will be published throughout September and anyone correctly identifying all four will be in with a chance of winning their choice of prize*.
To make it even easier, the correct answer will be provided as part of a multiple choice, plus EEF will be giving helpful online hints and clues.
