This efficient unit sorter is designed to sort cartons, totes, multimedia, shoe boxes and other packaged items with at least 1 rectangular site. The capacity is from 2.000 up to 7.000 items p/hr up to a maximum weight of 35 kg.

Sorting the combination of heavy cartons and light polybags on the same sorter is now possible. The Push Tray sorter is this multipurpose sorter. A sorter which can handle cartons, polybags and all other odd-sized articles. The weight can go from a light weight small polybag up to a 10 kgs carton. An efficient way of sorting when you are in need of a capacity up to a maximum of 12.000 articles per hour.
Especially for e-commerce we developed an infeed solution to multiply the exits of the sortingmachine on which the products are sorted.
