An award recognising a professional who can demonstrate an outstanding commitment to safety and productivity and excels in leadership and nurturing talent in their team.
Training Manager of the Year
For someone who is able to demonstrate an innovative approach to the training and development of logistics talent, and prove the benefits of their training programmes.
Training Programme of the Year
For a training programme related to logistics that can show it was more than a tickbox exercise, with a well-researched reason behind it, plus measurements of success and proven improvements post-training.
Training Team of the Year
This award is for an “in-house” training team which has worked together to overcome a challenge and successfully delivered training which has demonstrably benefitted the business.
Health &Safety Leader of the Year
Celebrating a health and safety trainer or manager who can demonstrate that they have delivered exceptional training in the past 12 months, and who positively influences health and safety culture in their organisation.
Forklift Training Provider of the Year
To be awarded to an outstanding commercial training provider that has exceeded customer expectations by improving safety and efficiency through the forklift training delivered.
Apprentice of the Year
For an exceptional apprentice who has made a significant contribution to their warehousing or logistics workplace.
Lifetime Contribution Award
Recognising the committed individuals who have worked throughout their career to ensure that people in logistics have inspiring training experiences.

Celebrity host, much loved sports Journalist Jeff Stelling, will then announce which individuals, teams and companies have won the prestigious Talent in Logistics Awards 2018.

Prior to the Awards evening, the Talent in Logistics Conference will take place at the Telford International Centre.
