TÜV Nord has certified the carbon footprint of the complete Jungheinrich range of industrial trucks. As a leading manufacturer of forklift and other trucks, Jungheinrich will receive the “Certified Product Footprint” environmental certificate.
One of the reasons for this is Jungheinrich has been able to reduce the CO2 emissions of the entire vehicle range by one quarter over the last 10 years.
Jungheinrich is the first industrial truck manufacturer to receive this certificate. “The certification makes clear that Jungheinrich has succeeded in taking an important step forward in the technological sense. The range of trucks exhibits a good carbon footprint over the entire life cycle,” says Wolfgang Wielpütz, TÜV Nord Cert MD.
