Holland & Barrett customers can now access Click & Collect and Returns services from over 7,000 CollectPlus stores nationwide.

Holland & Barrett, the UK and Ireland’s leading health food chain has partnered with CollectPlus, the UK’s largest independent store-based delivery and returns service, to offer Click & Collect and Returns to customers at 7,000 CollectPlus stores across the UK. Holland & Barrett customers can now pick up and return their online shopping from any CollectPlus store at a convenient time that suits them.

 

Holland & Barrett is paving the way for UK customers to receive deliveries of their health and wellness products in a tailored solution suited to their busy lifestyles. UK customers will now be able to Click & Collect their online purchases from Holland & Barrett at any one of more than 7,000 local convenience stores, newsagents, supermarkets, shopping centres and petrol stations across the UK via the CollectPlus network. The Click & Collect service costs £2.99 for orders under £20 and is free thereafter, while the Returns service is free for all customers.

 

CollectPlus will confirm customer orders via email or SMS once parcels are available for collection and will send reminders after three days and seven days of the parcel arriving at the selected collection point. Customers will also be able to easily track their orders using the CollectPlus app. The new service is designed to better assist Holland & Barrett customers with planning their parcel collections and builds on the existing home delivery relationship between Holland & Barrett and CollectPlus’ sister brand Yodel.
