Teca-Print printers prove the versatility of the pad-printing process offering the flexibility to print on uneven surfaces with excellent repeatability. To complement pad-printing we also offer digital-print technology. Developed by Bergstein with industrial applications in mind, the BE330-series fits the market needs by offering product loading heights up to 300mm, accommodating most printable objects. As a recently appointed Hybrid Services re-seller for Mimaki products, Kaye-Dee will now be offering the complete range of Mimaki Industrial Products. Developed to provide on-demand production solutions for industrial and manufacturing Mimaki printers create an almost unlimited production possibility.
As exclusive UK & Ireland distributors of Ruco printing inks we also supply solvent and UV ink to suit most applications. As part of continuous improvements in respect of environmental compatibility and consumer friendliness Ruco recently developed a new universal pad-printing ink T200. Free from cyclohexanones, aromatic-hydrocarbons and phthalates the ink is an “all-rounder”, suitable for a wide variety of plastic materials.
Kaye-Dee provides in-house facilities to cover all major support services. These include artwork production, steel plate etching, polymer plate supplies and ink colour matching. Other services include machine service and on-site product training and for customers wanting to outsource their print requirements Kaye-Dee can offer a full trade printing service using either pad (tampo), digital or laser marking machines.
