Established in 1977, Advanced Handling, a manufacturer of lifting and handling solutions, is pleased to invite customers to explore its brand-new website redesigned to offer a fantastic user-experience for customers and to coincide with their recent rebrand.

New Website, New Features:

Designed with the buyer at its heart, the site includes many new features educating the customer about the risks associated with manual handling in the workplace…

According to, MSD cases, including those caused by manual handling, account for more than a third of all work-related illnesses.
And how investing in suitable equipment can dramatically reduce these risks for your business and employees – improving health, safety and efficiency.

The website demonstrates Advanced Handling’s expertise in delivering the right and best solutions to solve individual lifting and handling challenges – even if that means designing something completely bespoke!

Users can also browse Advanced Handling’s standard solution portfolio which includes their tried, tested and proven Scissor Lift Tables, Goods Lifts and Pronomic Lifting Trolleys.

And for customers who aren’t sure what the best solution is, there is an application specific navigation to quickly provide users with relevant advice and past case studies from some of the thousands of businesses Advanced Handling has helped including Coca Cola, Eurostar and Cummins.

The Elephant in the Room:

When you visit the website, you’ll notice that you’re greeted by their friendly mascot sitting on a Scissor Lift Table – the African elephant. This beautiful creature represents Advanced Handling’s ‘big ears’ on-hand to listen to customers and the intelligent, strong and durable solutions they design and manufacture.

With the African elephant such a feature of their branding and as part of their corporate social responsibility programme, Advanced Handing is also a proud supporter of Tusk a charity whose mission is to augment the impact of innovative conservation initiatives across Africa to help save endangered creatures such as the African elephant.

Advanced Handling could be the only place that invites having an elephant in the room!

Mike Prince, Advanced Handling’s managing director says: “It’s been an exciting two years for Advanced Handling as not only have we relocated to our new state-of-the-art premises in Peterborough due to unprecedented growth, but we’ve also had a complete rebrand.”

Prince continues: “The launch of the new website at the start of 2019 is a wonderful way to bring together two years of hard work and to communicate to our customers Advanced Handling’s capabilities and expertise.”
