The EVS range comprises of a wide range of fluorescent and emergency lighting solutions that can be specified and used together throughout a hazardous area site.

This allows new lighting schemes to be created more easily for sectors such as the oil and gas industries, food & beverage production, chemicals and pharmaceutical processing, power generation as well as many other hazardous areas.  For the site manager, maintenance regimes are also much easier to carry out and spare parts stocking can be minimised due to the easily removable gear tray.

DTS products are renowned for their quality of manufacture and the EVS fluorescent luminaires have a number of advantages.  These include a main body construction of glass reinforced polyester, for high impact resistance, and a polycarbonate diffuser that has been designed to resist harsh and corrosive environments.

For easy installation and maintenance, all components are mounted on a hinged and removable gear tray that gives easy access. In addition to this, to ensure safe maintenance, there is a simple disconnect socket for removal of the gear tray and automatic switch off upon opening.

EVS fluorescent luminaires for Zones 1,2,21 and 22 are available in a range of types and sizes to suit specific installations.  They have ATEX and IECEx Compliant Certification and Standards, as well as being approved to the latest EN60079 harmonized standards.

The EVS emergency lighting hazardous area Ex e fluorescent luminaries for applications within Zones 1,2 21, and 22 can be used in conjunction with the EVS emergency range to give a full lighting installation, whether using an internal battery or a central battery system.
