UK-based tube forming technology specialists, Tubefab, will be presenting some of CSM’s very latest tube bending solutions to British delegates at Tube Düsseldorf 2016
As the exclusive UK distributor of CSM machines (Chiao Sheng Machinery Co.), Tubefab will be at Booth 05/C02 to assist British businesses in selecting the tube bending technologies that are best suited to their production requirements.
Latest all-electric machines:
“In association with CSM, we will be showcasing two of the company’s latest all-electric machines – the 50MRE-RBE Automated and the 80MREL2-RBE,” comments Tubefab Managing Director, Alan Price. “Fully programmable, both machines offer multi-axis capability, coupled to uncompromising accuracy, reliability and repeatability – attributes which make them particularly suited to the manufacture of highly sophisticated tubular components, as a stand-alone or fully automated installation.”
Meeting the most demanding of applications: “CSM is rapidly gaining recognition for its ability to develop highly affordable solutions to some of the most challenging tube forming applications,” adds Alan Price. “When we began selling CSM machines in the UK, we knew that CSM had something very special to offer. “That said, nothing quite prepared us for the favourable response to CSM’s high levels of technology and exceptional value for money.”
Wide-ranging requirements: Over the last eighteen months, Tubefab has supplied CSM machines to a wide range of customers, including: high performance exhaust, DPS and catalytic converter specialists, furniture and heating system manufacturers, a safety barrier business, sub-contract tube bending specialists, and a leading producer of robotic milking equipment.
“From Tubefab it is possible to obtain the whole range of CSM tube bending machines, from basic 3-axis hydraulic models to sophisticated, 11-axis all-electric machines,” Alan Price concludes. “The CSM 100TDRE-RBE, for example, is capable of bending 100mm diameter tube, with the benefit of multi-stack and full electric boost capability, enabling 1xd bends to be produced.”
