Steam system specialist Spirax Sarco has achieved ISO 14001 certification, the internationally recognised standard which verifies that it controls its impact on the local environment, both through its own manufacturing process and continual improvements to overall environmental performance.
Mike Gibbin, divisional director of Spirax Sarco, said: “The ISO 14001 standard further cements our promise to providing sustainable manufacturing operations in the UK. The systems we have put in place will help us to manage and reduce our environmental impact and complements the investments in our UK manufacturing plants.”
