In concomitance with the opening of this year’s Fruit Logistica, Polymer Logistics has announced today the launch of its new logo and website

The revamped website is part of the company’s global strategic direction focused on supporting customer’s growing needs for differentiation and sustainability in a developing marketplace. The new green, brown and white colour scheme of the logo and website reflect in fact the new direction required by retailers for natural, wood, farmers look upscale crates.

Underpinning its commitment to innovation and to retailers’ requests for an upscale look, Polymer Logistics has introduced in particular two product families that have made a real difference in the market place: in 2012 the Rattan style Container and in 2014 the world’s first Wood Effect crate. Both product lines were well received by retailers in the USA and Europe with Wal-Mart USA and Carrefour Italy signing long-term agreements with Polymer.

The new website and the updated corporate image have been also built to complement the company’s sustainable image. According to Gideon Feiner, CEO at Polymer Logistics: “Our R&D has managed to contribute to the creation of a more productive and sustainable supply chain in three ways: through waste reduction thanks to the use of durable, 100% recyclable plastic materials; through natural resources savings; and through energy savings guaranteed by products with a life cycle of over 10 years”.

The new look reflects also Polymer’s commitment to innovation and symbolises the beginning of a new stage, which coincides with the launch at Fruit Logistica of the newest member of the company’s Wood Look products family: the Wood-Look Modular Display stand. Show’s attendees are in fact encouraged to visit the company’s booth (Hall 21 / C-04) to discover more about this new entry but also about the extension to its successful family range. Following pilots, customer satisfaction surveys and acceptance of the Wood Look crates within international chains including Wal-Mart and Carrefour, Polymer Logistics has created its new display stand – designed for all RPC types as well as cardboard – for retailers looking to develop an upscale fresh market-look across stores and differentiate themselves from the competition.

The all-new website offers moreover improved customer service options and increased functionality, including a more responsive and mobile-friendly design, an integrated search function for the rapid search and detection of products, easier access to information relating to order tracking, invoicing and reporting as well as being available in seven different languages.

The new website will be launched at this year’s Fruit Logistica and visitors attending the show are invited to stop by Polymers’ stand (Hall 21 / C-04) to gain a deeper understanding of the difference its innovative RPC solutions can bring to the marketplace.
