‘Sunny’ is part of Sunny Europe, a duty free and travel retail group, positioned in the heart of the Antwerp port with a 1600m2 flagstore and a 5000m2 warehouse.
In Sunny Europe, a duty-free products distributor, eight Modula units each 8m high, have been installed to allow Sunny to manage their complex variety of orders and improve their picking optimisation.
The Modula VLM is an automated warehouse that increases efficiency and productivity, by speeding up the picking operations.

Stock which once required a 500m2 footprint is now stored in a footprint of only 43m2. The outbound process is strictly linked with the Modula Lifts. The Modula Lifts are always loaded with materials ready to be picked for shipment.
