The month of May 2017 was a milestone month for Conveyor Systems Ltd (CSL), reaching 20 years of successful trading and also its largest ever single order in excess of £1.7 million.
Founded from home in 1997 by conveyor automation expert and current MD, Steve Graham, CSL has experienced continuous controlled growth with a corresponding staff increase and doubling of current office space earlier this year in response to continued business expansion.
CSL is acknowledged as one of the leading UK conveyor system integrators by many large blue chip organisations that contribute to the 65 per cent repeat business attained year-on-year.
Yet a further milestone achieved this year is the installation of the 100th spiral elevator/lowerator in the UK used principally for either multi-floor access or simply to free up floor space by conveying overhead.
The company’s success has been helped in no small way by accolades gained over the years, which have been awarded against fierce competition for the coveted title of Excellence in Customer Service, from the PPMA. These awards are highly prized and give confidence to prospective customers that they are dealing with a reliable and efficient company that will carry out a first class installation.
Large ongoing investments continue in IT systems, including state-of-the-art 3D software packages to enable clients to visualise a “walk-through” and real world simulations of their conveyor system.
With several large projects underway for 2017/18, CSL has said it hopes its success is set to continue for another 20 years and beyond!
The company will be exhibiting at PPMA 2017 on Stand D12.
