The NEW range of Process & Industrial Chillers are now available in the UK
Thermal Exchange Ltd, UK distributors for LAUDA GmbH in Germany since 2006, is now distributing and supporting the new Ultracool range of Process and Industrial chillers. With cooling outputs of up to 265 kW, and working temperatures of -5oC up to +50oC, these Ultracool chillers offer reliable temperature control for a range of process applications.
This product range had previously been owned by Donaldson Filtration under the business name ‘Ultrafilter’, however in 2011 LAUDA GmbH acquired this business and since then have been busy refining the manufacturing process driving quality standards higher whilst at the same time reducing costs for a more competitively priced product. Thermal Exchange is now supporting the older Ultrafilter units as well as providing the new Ultracool range to all Trade, OEM and End User markets.
The Ultracool range is split into three main groups making selection a simple exercise. The Mini, Midi and Maxi ranges are tailored to suit the types of industry most commonly utilised for. With an excellent selection of additional options available such as increased Temperature Stability, Thermostat Protection and even remote interface control, tailoring an Ultracool unit to meet your specific requirements is fully achievable.
Examples of applications requiring the use of these chillers include Digital Printers, Laser Cutting and Point Welding Machinery, Induction Heating, Food and Drink Processing as well as the cooling of many other manufacturing processes. Wherever there is excess heat that requires removal and dissipation from a process, Ultracool has the answer.
The Ultracool chiller range has enabled Thermal Exchange Ltd to broaden its product range further and increase its attractiveness to manufacturers of industrial plant and equipment requiring machine cooling, offering reliable and cost-effective solutions.
